...and , if necessary, find you wanting.

List the FIRST 5 (alphabetically)   bands/artists and lp/cd  titles under the letter "G" in your collection.

(If you have more than one title by a certain band, please only list one lp title of your choice and move on to the next band.)

Please BE HONEST.

Line up your ducks and await the adjudication of arbiter elegantarum, Baggs the Man.

am I right in my interpretation that we choose an album per artist, not put the first album alphabetically?
if so,

Genesis - The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway
Gentle Giant - Three Friends
Gnidrolog - In Spite of Harry's Toe-nail
God is an Astronaut - All is Violent, All is Bright
Godspeed You! Black Emperor - F#A#∞

Oh damn. Okay: I'm ordering artists alphabetically, albums chronologically. George Duke is alphabetized under G, Peter Gabriel under P - that way I'm avoiding the hassle between 'John Smith' and 'John Smith Quartet'. And I like it more.

Genesis 'From Genesis To Revelation',
Gentle Giant 'Gentle Giant',
George Duke 'Follow The Rainbow'
The Gil Evans Orchestra Plays The Music Of Jimi Hendrix,
Gino Vanelli 'Crazy Life'Smile

So, I get to choose the album?  I guess I'll go with my favorites where applicable.

Genesis - Selling England
Gentle Giant - In a Glass House
George Harrison - All Things Must Pass
Gilgamesh - s/t
Gong - You

edit:  lol, since everything is on the computer George was in order but that's not really correct.

The next entry is Gordian Knot - s/t
