Sorsha. Gotta go with the flow...
Now, as this is not Heavy Prog Mafia, getting sucked into a black hole isn't a good thing because the black hole wouldn't be Cygnus X-1 and you woudn't end up in the realm of gods. Just sayin'

Sending the person with the least votes into the blackhole would be very interesting! The self votes would make more sense if they received special tips. But what would happen to everyone receiving 0 votes?

If everyone got zero votes, then it would be selected at random, I suppose. But getting thrown in for having the least votes would just be silly.

Negative votes!!! Or or or what if someone had 1.61803399 times the amount of votes someone else had... then instead of a black hole they would get sucked into a GOLDEN RECTANGLE!!!
Trippy.
Now to be somewhat more serious... well... I don't know. Sorsha is weird.

Don't remind me of logarithmic spirals, please. We just covered those in physics, they're confusing.

I get that sacrifice is not a positive word but I still don't think it will result in death, or maybe it will if we select "one of our own" like it was suggested in the post but maybe if we choose who we are not supposed to choose maybe it will result in something else. Or maybe I'm just thinking too avant ahead Either way, I dont think i'll vote for either Sorsha or Salty, unless something happens in the next hours. Also I have my best friend's birthday tomorrow so I'll only come around to vote! For who? Dunno yet.

ok - here's what I'm seeing as the most likely things:
1) Vote = lynch. I would be surprised if it wasn't tbh. 2) I do not think sorsha is suspisious for any reason at this point. I think that *if* she were Cage and her option had no votes - she would not have voted for it. That particular trice theory just doesn't seem to work here. 3) Not that trice's other theory worked out so great for us. 4) The self votes interest me - I'm wondering if they were forced to self voted as well - I need to re-read the first page to see if there are any clues there in the roles. 5) I have no idea who to vote for. Nor any theories as to who to vote for.

First page has told me this:
Fred Frith – Conducts a march every night. One coin is flipped, plus one more for each living teammate. For each coin that flips heads, he can choose one player and influence that player’s vote in the subsequent day’s activities. |
idk if it *did* happen that Firth's the reason for the self-votes - but it's *possible* don't you think? Or am I grasping at straws?
also - @ ALEX! - I see new roles have been added to the front page - does that mean the teams have sucessfully recruited? Or is it more of a preview of the recruitment to come? And will that pattern remain consistant through out the game? Is there a method to some roles having dots (and different colored dots) or not by their name? If so - can we know what the method is? Thanks!

After consideration I no longer suspect Sorsha. In fact, I have absolutely no suspicions at the moment. I want to think that the people who were really quick to vote knew what would benefit them so just instantly voted without much consideration, but I think thats a stretch. Especially considering the fact that this wasn't much of a "thinking" vote if you know what I mean.
God, 1st lynch votes suck.

Bea has a great point! If Fred Frith had recruited someone that would be a very logical explanation for the 2 self votes. But why wouldn't he just have one person vote for him/herself and have the other vote for that same person. Although those were the first 2 votes.....
So confusing! But I'm loving avant-garde mafia!
Way to screw with our minds Alex!!

I'm thinking that Sorsha's was out of anger or something and Jon's was a Frith control.

Agree... I think Sorsha acted under her own madness... While Jon's seems to be under control. But I want to know where is SolarLuna? his silence is... suspicious?
|
Change the program inside... Stay in silence is a crime.

Happened in the last mafia, a lot of people who just never post. Though we know Rob is currently in limbo and part of it may be the game still being early and almost nothing to go on.
