Players can vote for one player of their choice to be sacrificed to the black hole. This player can be anyone.

Well, for the voting, I will say that Sorsha was the only one who voted for Chapel so that makes me a bit suspicious.

I was gonna say, we should vote for one o the "screw you" voters because it was their fault, but this works too

I may end up doing that, unless somebody else comes up with a better reason to vote for someone. Or unless Sorsha defends herself well enough. Sorry, but I don't exactly have much else to go on right now.

She has a very good point. I am unlikely to vote for Sorsha. I have to go back & reread to see who pushed for what.

It seems there is some confusion as to the roles/setup in this game, so let me address this.
There are no civvies, no baddies, or any sort of usual alignments. There are simply teams and an unrecruited pool of players that gradually shrinks. Depending on whether you're on a team or unrecruited, the other players can be your allies, neutral, or your enemy.

And actually, only 4 people know what is going on so far. So anyone who pushed for one specific option on the pregame poll, and then came out with definitive ideas who to lynch will be rather suspicious to me~

Defend myself against what? Voting Chapel? lol *guilty*
there is nothing to defend against

What birdwithhooves means is, based on my theory:

But how can you tell the intentions behind the vote?
|
you can't, but, say only one person votes for Chapel; I am going to assume that person is John Cage

...the only one to be put forward so far... etc.

Except your theory is just that... a theory. My option did not win, obviously, so I don't really understand how its weird that I voted for it

And don't you think that if I was reading the thread and I was John Cage I would purposely NOT vote for that option just so I wouldn't be "figured out"?
But I don't think your theory is sound so *shrugs* I voted for the only option that didn't have a vote.

But isn't that assuming they know which option benefits them?

I don't know, I think it makes sense. Why would one of the team leaders vote against their relevant poll option? Logically (although this game may be anything but logical), Alex told the 4 assigned players which poll option to pick. You're also sounding pretty defensive here. (inb4 Vander day 3)

My only suspicion at the moment is Sorsha for the reasons already said. I'll have to read back some more to see if I detect anything else suspicious.
