Please download and review. That's why these albums are there. To be reviewed and hopefully; the artist will be able to attract record labels and gigs on the back of some reviews in ProgArchives. Which then again will benefit our community and the prog rock scene.

Please, please keep this in mind.

I'm hoping to review the Larsen Rupin albums before long as they're all available to listen to on Daniel Spahni's website.  I was going to do the debut last night, actually, but my mind essentially blanked when I tried to write about it.

An update of the free dowload albums list would be in order, I guess.

Hint, hint........

Ideally, we should have an own Collab doing this because there will be a lot more free albums out there now with the restructure of the music industry.

^ Totally agreed. And speaking of this, when reviewing a free download album, it would be great if reviewers specified this somewhere with caps or by bolding. That helped me finding some nice free albums by reading the reviews on the homepage.

Hey Jon, I didn't know you knew them.
It's me who suggested them and wrote their bio LOL

They're pretty good.
Fun to see you reviewing, too. Clap

I don't review often, but I like this album a lot and felt like it needed a review. I'll hopefully eventually get around to writing more. Tongue

I just noticed the message this morning; I didn't even realize I had an inbox on this forum until then, heh.

Thanks for the compliment!

Hey John, did you receive my PM about your Zepp I review? Apparently there's a bug which makes these PMs arrive late.

BTW I love your reviews, they're all great. Looking forward to your next.

Took care of "You Can't Do That On Stage Anymore, Vol. 4" by Frank Zappa.
Eventually I'll get to the two London Symphony Orchestra albums.

If I can get some help from others rather more self-respecting members of PA to search their lofts and wine-cellars for unreviewed items + review them; I would be happy.

Common, we should encourage reviewing of unreviewed ones, that's nothing to be ashamed for :-)

Feel free to review them, because it's important thing to do. I like good advantages about it, that I will listen to less known music that can please more than well known album. I will also help people with determining whether it's good or bad album by my opinion. I will also take first place in left column. The album will get promoted for few hours (because I review when America sleeps, hehehehe) and there will be less unreviewed ones, till we'll get rid of them all (I'm not counting Compilations and Singles, that's part of unreviewed I don't like).

From this year, it can be maybe 3 unreviewed ? (I mean 2010 releases). And more will follow, I want to process them this weekend (provided, I'll not fall asleep from being tired)

There's a point where "avant-garde" and "experimental" becomes "terrible" and "pointless,"

I have about twenty unreviewed albums on my plate for the next month. I only hope I will get the time to do it.

.................and that was the latest news from Planet Narcissism..........

it could be....

but suffice one "rating without review" to take away the  ""first review of the album"  thing.....

Unfortunately none of the others are reviewed either. I'll see if I can get hold of some of them and review them in the not too distant future.
