The album could certainly use fresh opinions.

What should the order of the four albums be? Still not decided.

Wait, if I suddenly began hating my work, does that mean you will absolutely love it?

I'm listening to it right now for the second time after downloading the full album Saturday night. (Not much listening time yesterday)

Some good stuff in there.

You are quite a fine person, and I am very fond of you. But you are only quite a little fellow, in a wide world, after all.

I thought Ivan did a pretty good review of the album.

Let me put it this way (* usual caveats, my opinion, no disrespect for other reviewers, etc.).

No way this is a 5-star album.
No way this is a 1-star album.

I'm still on the first track but I think if I could put together a review, the result would be much like Ivan said, in the 2.5-3 range.

Also, the sound quality isn't that terrible.

Also, Robert - constructive criticism - as others have said, I think the drums are the weakest part in the music, unfortunately so much so that they stick out.  If you're the one playing....sorry to say, you're going to need a more competent player on your later work to improve it.  I have no problem with your playing of everything else, in particular, your guitar playing is good and I like a lot of your solos.

The sound isn't as bad as Ivan put it, anyways.

Yes, I wrote Ivan and told him I appreciated his fresh criticisms (some of which I found strange coming from him).

And thanks regarding the sound quality.  Much has been made of that.  LOL

Time to get some groceries...I'll be back shortly.

Thanks.  I actually don't play the drums, but I don't use a machine either (as some believe).  LOL

And my congratulations to Pat's review. Incredibly well-written and top-notch humor. Thumbs Up

Too bad is was just as moronic, underneath all that humor.

Yet I'm fully convinced that treating Rob's work like that counted much more than Alex and David getting cheered up. Thoughtful, indeed. Clap

disgusting

Yeah it was moronic as it was written directly with quotes from the ever intelligent people of this forum.
"One had to be a Newton to notice that the moon is falling, when everyone sees that it doesn't fall. "
