Am I the only one who finds Pat hasn't been making albums as interesting as he used to? Still, not too bad if you're after some mellow solo guitar music.

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

| Nope. I like the Allman Brothers Band, and to me, "Freefall" sounds a lot like them. I like all of the music here, but I think "Lady Fantasy" is the weakest work (and primarily why I dropped my rating of this album from five to four stars).

Ah, that's quite perfect I must say. Mirage and A Nod and a Wink are the only essential Camel you're missing, IMO. Rajaz is very good too.

Wow, that's surprising, though probably understandable. I can't say the same because Lady Fantasy was the song that hooked me up to Camel. However when I started listening to it various times, it started to sound quite weak.
However, after 2 or 3 months without having listening to it and then listening to it back again made once again a fabolous impression, 5 stars for sure.
| Ha! "Freefall" was what got me into them.
