Hope you like it. It's quite cheerful and melodic and in my case, addictive. I'm having my first listen to the Spotify website, and therein my first ever listen to Selling England By The Pound. It seems to be rated Number One on PA, so I thought I'd better give it a try. It's ok so far, but apparently Phil Collins sings the next song - and I can't help but worry slightly

I miss my friend , such a nice gentleman, thanks for keeping his spirit alive. I still have his cell # in my speed dial. I will never delete it , out of principle.

Now I'm just stalking you. Hehehe. I just downloaded this one from eMusic too and it happens to be on my iPod so it sounds like a good reason to give this one a first listen too. After all, it worked well with Panzerpappa. -------------

a fascinating album with an odd sound and mood, but a great one at that. The previuos one, Creatures, is also very good, albeit, different somewhat. They have a new one coming out this year back with their old drummer. I liked it, this was my first listen. Definately a different sound than Thick as a Brick. But overall, I really enjoyed it and will be spinning it more in the future  -------------

Robert... here is their lastest album.... preformed in it's entirety for an NPR broadcast right before it's release... if you like it ...get it.. I think it is a great album but it does sound different from their earlier albums which where more ..hmmm... less traditional prog I'd say.  Velislav Ivanov - Under Dark Skies Have you checked him Micky? I know you're not a Neo Prog fan, but if you have time, you can download his music for free(legally). It's quite dark themed, melancholish, Bulgarian Neo Prog. His second album is a bit more Eclectic I would say, I like it quite a bit. Also yesterday, passed his latest(Velislav's) onto CD, and it sounds really good on "real" speakers. |

Talking about Neo-Prog.... You can't listen to this album with the light of the day, either with the lights turn on, you have to listen to this when you're going to sleep, or relaxed in a dark room to really perceive what I perceive, lol |

So far, I'm very impressed. I expected this to sound as stiff as the mid-80s bands. Instead... whoa, the 88 band is filled with great textures (horns galore, for one thing!). The twist given to earlier material is just great  |
