Shush! I'm 6'1" and 195 pounds. Might seem like its a ok but considering I was 175 pounds a few months ago and could have lost some more weight...Embarrassed

I need to do what Pat is doing. Start exercising and eating less junk.

Indeed. Underrated album.

Minstrel in the Gallery is better though. Big smile

And of course I __agree___ with that.

Fill in the blank Alex.

I thought of something else and was SO tempted to put it though. LOL

I'm not sure how my metabolism is. When I was younger, I used to be overweight, but for the past 3 years or so I've been just about right (I think anyway).

I'm 6'1'' and 175 lbs, I think that's good.

I eat pizza nearly every week and I'm as thin as hellLOL
To be fair, I'm still young and I exercise very very regularly though.

You don't need a lot of exercise to get all the health benefits - but I'm still firmly at zero over here.  LOL

I tend to feel like sh*t if I don't exercise at all though, so I just do anyway.
Idealy, I get at least 7 hours a week, but it varies really.

My metabolism is godly sexy.
I've been over eating for years and years.
It might catch up to me in the future, but hell, I love eating.
