This nameless 4-song EP is more like art-pop than prog, but I think it might pass as Crossover Prog. Instead of explaining what the songs are about I here provide short excerpts of their lyrics:
1. Daylight Losing Time (4:30) Turn off the light / and turn the pointers on your clock so you can dream / of the moments that were lost in time...
2. My Girl Is a Dressmaker (2:56) With a needle in her hand and fabric on the other she is made for me / yes, she is made for me / but her dresses are made for her...
3. Every Time I Talk Like a Swede (I Lose Control) (4:45) Scandinavia, you've got my by the tongue / with your swell pronounciations / and those charming punctuations / oh, every time I lose control...
4. Last Words of a Depressed Literary Critic (3:37) La la la, la la la / la la laa laa la laa / la la laa, la la laa laa la laa / if I had a dog I'd name him Franz...
If you're wondering what the concept is, it's "Songs about some things that are not closely related to each other."

Indeed. If they ever get recorded, I'd like to buy one of each. They would be the highlights of my collection.

Peculiar Instantiations of the Hamburger
The name says it all. Each song tells the story of a hamburger appearing in a surprising or unusual place.
1. On an Actress's Head (17:34) An illiterate theatre group is rehearsing the scene in My Fair Lady where Eliza has to walk with a book on her head. None of the actors or actresses own any books, but luckily one of them has just bought a hamburger, so they use that instead of the book.
2. Orbiting the Earth (35:10) There are two pirates who are perfect at smelling mayonnaise. They've just found a treasure and are going to bury it. To avoid the trouble of drawing a map they decide to bury a hamburger with the treasure, so they can later locate it by the scent of the hamburger. However, one of the pirates (let's call him Pirate #1) is clever: instead of burying the hamburger he hides it inside a satellite that's just about to be launched. Of course he draws a map for himself so he can later come back for the treasure. The other pirate, Pirate #2, thinks the hamburger is where the treasure is, so he tries to catch the satellite by running around the Earth and jumping very high when the satellite is directly above him. He doesn't succeed. When the robots in the satellite eat the hamburger and the scent disappears he knows he's been tricked and cries so much that everything - not just the Earth but the whole space and everything in it - is covered in tears.
3. On a Coffin (20:34) The third and final piece takes us to the funeral of a bum. None of his friends could afford to buy him flowers, but luckily there's one who has just bought a hamburger. Noticing the lack of flowers he decides to dedicate the hamburger to his friend's memory and tosses it on the shiny black lid of the coffin.

Touch Me, I'm Russian
This story takes place in the year 2054, when 99% of the people living in Finland are foreigners. One day, September 25th to be exact, a man working at the statistics bureau notices that in Finland there are in fact people from every nation in the world. Of course he gets the idea that Finland must try to make it to the Guinness Book of Records by making a world record in the new game called "Touch a member of every nation in the world within the borders of one country in alphabetical order." The game goes like this: First an Albanian touches an Australian, then the Australian touches an Austrian and so on, until a member of every nation has been touched (Except the Albanian, who has to touch himself.)
However, this is only the backstory (and thus it's printed on the back of the record sleeve). The album focuses on one moment in the touching game, a moment when a Romanian beauty queen is supposed to touch a Russian person. It turns out that every Russian person happens to be on a holiday outside Finland, except one, a hideous old man who smells like cabbage and has no teeth at all except one that is green and brown. So, this is the man that the Romanian beauty queen has to touch. (I'd like to make it clear that not all Russian people smell like cabbage, this man is a very rare exception. In fact, some Russian people smell very nice indeed, but they have nothing to do with this story.) Anyway, the Romanian beauty queen, who smells very nice, is very much disgusted by the man she's supposed to touch. This is why it takes a very long time (42 minutes and 53 seconds to be exact) to make up her mind and touch the man. The lyrics of the one song on the album consist of the thoughts in the woman's head from the moment she's touched to the moment she touches the Russian man.
Tracklisting: A1: Touch Me, I'm Russian, Part I (20:56) B1: Touch Me, I'm Russian, Part II (21:57)

One Yellow Moment More
There's a 67-year old man who has always worn yellow sunglasses and thus seen the world as yellow. One day when he's walking on a bridge he trips on a branch and drops his sunglasses in the river. He's so used to seeing the world as yellow that watching it in different colours makes him dizzy and feel physical pain.
So he closes his eyes and begins to crawl towards the sunglasses shop. When he finally gets there he's told that yellow sunglasses are out of fashion and they don't stock them anymore. The man explains the situation and begs for them to order yellow sunglasses for him. The shopkeeper agrees, but it soon turns out that yellow sunglasses are so 80's that no company manufactures them anymore.
The shopkeeper is kind enough to contact the manager of a famous sunglasses company and ask him to make yellow sunglasses for the man. The manager tells the shopkeeper that they always make 10000 sunglasses at a time. Because nobody buys yellow sunglasses anymore, the man has to buy all 10000 pairs. The only way for the man to get enough money for the sunglasses is to become a recording blues artist who always keeps his eyes closed.
By the time he has enough money ($199500) he's 84 years old. He sends the money in a large envelope to the sunglasses company and receives his yellow sunglasses a month later. He puts the sunglasses on, opens his eyes, takes one more look at the yellow world, closes his eyes and dies with a yellow image in his mind.
Tracklisting: 1. Yellow World (5:02) 2. A Walk Across the Bridge (2:34) 3. Goodbye, Yellow World (2:56) 4. A Long Dark Crawl (7:26) 5. No Yellow Glasses (3:09) 6. 10000 Or None (2:55) 7. Yellow Blues (9:54) 8. The Glasses Arrive (2:23) 9. Last Look of the Yellow World (4:46) 10. Yellow Darkness (5:13)

The Awakening Pt. 3: The Second Awakening: - The Alarm Clock / Snapping Brutally Out of a Dream With Outside Help - Where Is that Sound Coming From? - Where Is the Snooze Button? / Where Is The Hammer? - Thousand Pieces(It Was Either Me Or It) - Snooze - Time Pt. 3: Time Again: - What's The Time? Planning on making a bonus track connected to Awakening Pt. 3, called "The Quest To Find A Pair Of Matching Socks"
As I mentioned, this is in the works! The music has not yet been created, only the idea for the concept! The next parts will propably be called "Breakfast" and "The Journey From Home To School", and even more parts after that, and I've yet to decide whether the different parts of this epic masterpiece will be tracks or albums... Depends how much work I'll put into it(If any at all), I guess.
:edit: and yes, in case you wondered, I was heavily inspired by Trouserpress' brilliant concept(and Bj-1's to some extent).

You forgot "A Rude Awakening", in which the protagonist finally wakes up and notices he has dreamt all this and is 2 hours late for work!

Boy, Have I Got a Tooth for My Love!
This album tells the love story of a dentist and a strange women who collects teeth. The dentist saves the teeth he pulls and gives them to his loved one who makes exotic jewelry out of them. One day, on a mysterious dark alley, the dentist meets a female vampire. Seeing her fangs he decides to steal them when she sleeps. He tells her girlfriend of this vampire and promises to bring her the vampire's fangs. He begins to follow the vampire and wait for an opportunity to get hold of her teeth. He watches how she hunts for blood and sings old chansons near the sea. Suddenly he falls madly in love with the vampire. Unafraid he goes to the vampire, gives her flowers and tells her of his feelings. The vampire could suck all his blood, but being a nice vampire she only takes a sip and lets him drink some of hers so that he will also become a vampire and they can live together and sing old chansons by the sea holding hands. The dentist's girlfriend, however, is still waiting for the fangs he promised her. Since he can't take the teeth of the vampire he loves, he decides to make porcelain replicas of her fangs and give them to his girlfriend. But, alas, the girlfriend is an expert of teeth and soon realizes that the teeth are fake and that her dentist has fallen in love with the vampire. In furious anger she attacks the dentist with the porcelain fangs, but the dentist is faster and kills her with a single bite. The dentist is kind of sad because he had to kill her ex-girlfriend, but soon he forgets about her and lives happily ever after with the vampire, singing old chansons by the sea.

Norwegian Hood
Story: A Finnish man is taking a holiday in Norway, where he accidentally bumps his car into a black metal band. No one gets hurt, thanks to the immortality the band members have reached by practising certain occultistic rituals. The Finnish man doesn't get hurt either because his beer belly works as an airbag, but sadly the hood of the car bends so that it blocks the view through the windshield. Luckily, there's a legendary Norwegian blacksmith nearby who specializes in hoods. While making a new hood for the man's car the blacksmith, whose artist name is Black Smith, tells the man an epic story about how a Norwegian fisherman named Hans Olafsson slayed a dragon with a spoon.
Tracklisting: 1. A Song for Norway (3:01) 2. Metal Against Black Metal (5:43) 3. Bent Hood (4:54) 4. Blacksmith (6:17) 5. The Story of a Fisherman Who Slayed a Dragon with a Spoon (25:44)

It's a shame that something named "Duck" on a concept album last only 1:46. Not even Jethro Tull would dare to do that!

The Age of Human Ovens
This album tells an exciting story that takes place in the distant
future, in the year 2008. It's the story of love, it's the story of
freedom, but most of all it's the story of a dinosaur. Mankind has used
all the oil on the planet and is desperately seeking a new source of
energy. Luckily scientists discover that heat can be turned into
electricity. The best way to produce heat is to put a cold metallic
object into one's mouth and wait for it to warm up. This is why all men
are locked into power plants where they are kept in cells and forced to
warm metal in their mouths. The power plants are run by women in
leather clothing, who keep an eye on men so that they do their job and
don't swallow any of the metal. When the metal is warm, the men spit it
into pipes which lead into a giant container where the heat is turned
into energy. Once all the heat is used and the pieces of metal are cold
again, they are returned to the cells to be reused.
The plot revolves around Miss Muriel Trout III, a young woman who works
as a guard at a power plant, and Maximillian Fudge Jr, who's one of the
metal warmers at the very same power plant. One day when Muriel is
serving Maximillian his daily meal, their eyes meet and they instantly
fall in love. Maximillian tries to think of a way to escape, so they
could hide on a remote island and live happily ever after eating
coconuts and bananas. Muriel baked him a cake and hides a pneumatic
drill inside it. Maximillian makes a hole on the floor of his cell and
escapes through it. They live happily ever after on a remote island
eating coconuts and bananas. Then, suddenly, a professor named Crumbs
discovers a living dinosaur in a hidden pyramid. THE END.
