Don't know about "greatest", but my favorite PF tune is Keep Talking (from Division Bell - also my favorite PF album)...Love the Talk Box, plus a famous physicist thrown in as well...

All tied in number 1. (nowadays, anyway; I've been changing preferences in time. At some point my favorite was Any color you like, then it was echoes, later one of these days, have a cigar, sheep, pigs, comfortably numb, another brick on the wall I and II and so on.....)
 
I guess I don't like what the rest of the Floydheads.
