In This Order:

  • The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway-Genesis
  • The Shaming of the True-Kevin Gilbert
  • The Wall-Pink Floyd

Each deserve 5 stars. I think The Lamb deserves 6 out of 5 stars, but thats just me.

Those also happen to be my favorite artists ever, only Pink Floyd, then Genesis, Then Kevin Gilbert.

better question ...

why does  TFTO have 42  votes now.... when my vote (2 posts above yours) was the 30th vote.  Shame on you..... is it that important...

This poll doesnt have multiple votes so I'm guessing 12 people voted for it after you did.

Spending more than I should on Prog since 2005

The Wall-the music is not as good as the lamb or tales but no other album has ever told a story so comprehensively. The movie is soooo trippy to.

How about the first real concept album. The Pretty Things, S.F. Sorrow.
Here I'm shadowed by a dragon fig tree's fan
ringed by ants and musing over man.

JC Superstar here. I fell in love with that album at age 3 (before I even knew what it was about).

I just knew it was intense, and ROCKED.
