Discipline for me too, but if Ege Bamyasi was an option I might have gone with that.

Yes' Drama, Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon and The Division Bell, and Galactic Explorers' Epitaph for Venus.
|
I am currently digging:
Hawkwind, Rare Bird, Gong, Tangerine Dream, Khan, Iron Butterfly, and all things canterbury and hard-psych. I also love jazz!
Please drop me a message with album suggestions.

Yeah, totally. But from the list, Discipline. One of my favourite records ever. The guitar on that album is wild.

Would have been nice to rank your top 3 or 5 of these and see how they would come out as a poll. There are so many great albums here. Dark Side is an album that I haven't listened to in its entirety in probably 25 years, and have heard some of the songs so many times.....

Lots from D-E that I love, but from the ones listed in PA, Igor Wakhevitch's Docteur Faust is a particular favourite.
On the list, Egg.

`Epidaurus - Earthly Paradise' for me all the way, even though it's got that pretty awful female vocalist on two tracks lol! The rest is all top-notch, yet another German classic.
There's several great albums on this list I have a lot of love for, but damn `Dark Side...' is going to win this by a mile!

Many brilliants here, but Dark Side... is from the outer space. So D like the Dark Side, E like the ELP debut.

DSotM, Damnation and other (De-loused) for me. Drama's pretty good too but I wouldn't say it's on the level of the others.
