Trick of the Tail. Except One for the Vine, I think most songs on W&W are weak. And TotT got such great songs as Etangled, Ripples, Los Endos, etc...

I cannot make a definite decision, either! ATOTT had more inspired compositions but WAW had much better sound quality and production.

With the notable exception of "Watcher of the Skies" and maybe a couple parts of Selling England [...] I think Genesis were much improved after Peter Gabriel left.

It is very hard to decide, because both TotT and WAW are very good. The beginning of Dance on Volcano is according my opinion one of the best song beginnings at all. But due to Blood and afterglow I vote for WAW.
This world is totally fugazi.

It really is a tough one, it depends on the mood I'm in, but for this poll, I have voted for TOTT, if only for Dance On A Volcano & Los Endos.

My vote is for WAW because 3 sondgs are among the best of the whole Genesis - One for the Vine, Blood on the rooftops, Afterglow.

It's really not an easy choice, so it's a good poll. I voted for Trick, because it has no weak tracks on it. And not only that, but Dance On A Volcano, Entangled, Mad Man Moon, Ripples and Los Endos are some of the best tracks Genesis ever made. Still, I have to say, as years go by, my admiration for WAW grows, and I can see I'm not the only one. Especially Eleventh Earl Of Mar and One For The Vine are tracks that still move me, and the sound of the album in it's entirety is much more " open" than Trick's, but no, it has to be Trick, the yellow masterpiece. More variety, more classic tracks, and no weak spots.

No, you don't.

Seriously, I consider the songs 'man mad moon' & 'trick of the tail' poorly written songs. The rest of the album is faultless though!

Close call but I think "Trick" edges out "Wind". "Squonk" and "Robbery" are a lot of fun.

Trick of the Tail is the only post Gabriel album up to par with anything done before, but still pales in comparison to the best Gabriel Genesis. Wind and Wuthering feels a bit lacking. Trick of the Tail is exactly what they should have been doing without Gabriel. More simplified, but still excellent.

I've only really heard Trick of the Tail, and I like it a lot, so that's what I voted for...I have yet to pick up Wind & Wuthering!
