Poor Ladislav -- he must be worn out....

Dosn't bug me nearly as much though as it did a few years ago. |
Update: Now 19 years old.....still virgin still dosn't bug me.
I'm glad to see some people talk about the 40 year old virgin. I've
always hated movies like that (even THE teen movie.....American Pie) I
mean its also on TV, in music, sex is everywhere. Pressure to have sex.

I've had lots of opportunities to lose mine over the years but they weren't really under the right circumstances, I decided to lose it the week before my 20th birthday, it was weird I'm not used to having a lot of female attention but I was on fire then and I could have lost it to one of 3 girls.

Now that I've posted, I might as well say I'm turning 17, and no dice as of yet.

Didn't happened yet.... and probably never happens. Despite my lack of religion, I'm kinda obstinate to those sort of things........

And the sad thing is that I don't even realize how it's effecting me until I read a topic like this and begin to reflect.

My wife was my first and only. Too much stock is put into sex and the correlation between how mature or 'experienced' a person may be.
Sort of touched upon this in church this morning, too.

No, that's not a typo.

You should be directing your criticism towards movies like the 40 year old virgin. Or even movies like Euro Trip or American Pie (or even movies that seem innocent) where the message is more implicit. HAVE SEX NOW!
It's disgusting.

Those are just personal beliefs at the moment, very likely due to the fact I suffered a bitter rejection recently that I'm still strongly feeling the effects of. And by recently I mean over two months ago, by someone religious who I very much respected as a person. I'm not incapable of love, I just seriously believe now that there are better ways of finding it than the way I was going about it (the pathetic way that brought me to this bitter state in the first place). Doing a lot of thinking (in this bitter state of mind) just leads me to question the value of an age old ritual that our society so adamantly continues to advocate. I'm hoping that that special someone, should I ever meet them, shares the same belief. Though if not I certainly have no problem with marriage and subsequently loving and respecting my wife, till death do us part, etc. Just wanted to clear that up.

I absolutely agree. I still like the idea of having a family, despite the religious falling out. And I seriously doubt that's the religious upbringing talking (though I could be wrong).

But fairly recently, I've come to my own realizations that there is nothing sacred about sex or marriage. I just turned 18 and I'm planning on losing it as soon as I can.

16 for me, I'm sorry to say.
Girls and sex were the end of my (potentially) brilliant education results. I totally lost focus on my future needs as I focussed on the dangling appendage. Take heed, young ones! There is plenty of time for sex and all its wonders when the time is right ...and this is a message I am trying to get through to my own kids.
