Hmm, there are so many. Apart from the great Fleetwood Mac, I want to focus on folk or world music that others might not know about or even care about

My Bad. First I put in the prog lists section by mistake. When I realized it was in the wrong place I meant to move it to the general music section and missed ( I was in a hurry) . Maybe on of the admins will move it for me.

Yea, I was kind of using the PA classifications for prog bands but there is certainly room for discussion & interpretation for many bands. Nice list BTW.

The Beatles The Who Led Zeppelin REM Black Sabbath U2 The Rolling Stones The Police Styx (not quite prog imo) Pearl Jam Edit: I'm sure I'm forgetting some. In fact after posting this I see the Grateful Dead and the Talking Heads from others lists both of whom I forgot. I also am a big fan of 90's rock so Alice in Chains and Soundgarden(among others) would be bubbling under also.

Not to stir the pot here but...Non-Progressive in what manner? Their PA classification? Many bands I don't consider 'Progressive rock" are still listed on the PA site, including bands like ASIA, Santana or Bowie. While they may display progressive tendencies they aren't PROG IMO. That being said...
