Overall, yes. However, I have also grown much more intolorant of most other music. Also, my social skills are a bit rusty, but that's probably due to Prog Archives, not prog in general.

I just made a realization; prog has made me a more literate and well rounded person. Because of prog I have investigated books like The Soft Machine, Anthem, and War and Peace, just to name a few. Aldous Huxley is now one of my favorite writers. I now know more about astronomy because of my look into the meaning behind the song Cynus X1. I have studied philosophy to understand lyrics of certain prog bands. Prog is rock music that expands the mind In many ways.
