Human = Testimony of the Ancients > Unquestionable Presence are clearly TOP3 for me. Used to adore Innuendo as a kid, but grew tired with it really. Slint Spiderland is notoriously overrated piece of music, esp in hipster/posthipster era of 2010s, I hope it ends up with 0

Hey everyone! I'm back again a little late today with the 1991 poll. A quick note: I have in fact chosen to leave out Genesis, Marillion, Jethro Tull, Yes, and Rush from this year. I just didn't feel justified in putting them in over higher-rated albums simply due to the bands being popular. Sorry to anyone who wanted to vote for them—some of them might turn up later in the decade.
I will be voting for Sieges Even here.
