While I know you meant this to be funny it really isn't since testosterone is not produced by the penis you pretty much sentence the guy to a life of torture.  He would have the same desires as any other man just not be able to do anything about it.

German Doctors amputated the leg off the wrong guy last month. I think some of these doctors need to have their brains amputated. Over 24,000 cases of malpractice in Canada last year. Although we have free medicare in this goofy country most of the more talent goes down to the US.

Sad news, but not new to my ears, since a Romanian doctor also sliced severly a patient's penis (without precisely operating there) three or four years ago.
