A Trick of the Tail is better by a wide margin.

Even if "Your Own Special Way" were replaced by "Inside and Out" (as it should have been), both "All in a Mouse's Night" and "Blood on the Rooftops" are a bit "twee" and make Wind and Wuthering a "very good" rather than "great" album.

Trick of the Tail is a very good 4* album, Wind and Wuthering is a solid but unremarkable 4* album.

Trick of the Tail by a wide margin for me. It may be my second favorite Genesis album after Foxtrot.

Maybe, but Your Own Special Way ruins the flow of the album, not to mention it gets cringy with repeated listens. 
I agree with what Sean Trane said above about Afterglow. Good song, but it gets old fast.

Trick is flawless, while Wind is hardly so (and not just because of YOSW, I'm not a big fan of Gorilla, and TBH, Afterglow has become a bit irritating over the decades. 

but those two have the two best Genesis album covers for sure.

I first saw Genesis on the Wind and Wuthering tour so that was very special but I have to give it to 'Trick'.
