Exactly.
A tip of the hat (and a vote) to Fripp & Co.
Wow, so this is it? We've reached the end. This all started, what, around a year ago? Sad to see so many great contenders fall off the road so early on, but happy to see the likes Crimson make it to the restaurant at the end of the universe.

Both bands are amazing and among my favorites, but Crimson wins this by a country mile. Come on, their name is synonymous with prog.

Hmmm.... Tough one. Both are deserving, influential, prolific, and have interesting stories. I'm kind of glad I can't vote.

Pink Floyd is more consistent with me, so they get my vote.

Not so bad, isn't it?
I love Pink Floyd, but King Crimson is unique

I voted for KC but I don't think they deserve this title . Next time I'll vote for PF.

Again, my vote rests in the court of the Crimson King. I love you, Pink Floyd, but in my opinion, King Crimson could be the greatest progressive band ever to exist.

So, this is it, huh? Floyd for me, easily, but I can't imagine it will be so for everyone else.
Let the fingernail-biting begin!

It's amazing that none of the Symphony Prog bands have made it to the finals! My vote goes to the band that made my all time favorite album.

At last, here we are at the final match of Battle of the Prog Bands. The two contenders are Pink Floyd and King Crimson. Vote for your favorite, and the band with the most votes will be the winner of Battle of the Prog Bands. Please do not vote unless you have listened to at least one album by both bands (which hopefully everyone here has done.)
Here is the tournament thus far:
The final results will be posted on November 24.
Pink Floyd is the band that got me into Prog and music in general, but I have to give my vote to King Crimson. If they win this tournament, I (almost) couldn't be more happy.
