The question's simple enough. What would you do over again?

I take that back.  I would not read the article Luna posted in "Let's Talk About Ebola".  Now I'm going to start having psychosomatic symptoms, like bleeding from my ears and stuff.  Ouch

Take the road more commonly traveled, perhaps. You can relate to more people when you do.

^Nah. You don't want to do that. That road is overcrowded and full of idiots.

I would have waited a little longer and not broken up with my long-distance girlfriend over the phone on Valentine's Day, only a week after sending her a present and telling her I loved her.  That was very uncool of me. I'm sorry Michelle, wherever you are.

All the stupid decisions in the past (and I have had plenty, especially when I was back in Ecuador) about 10 years ago) still have taken me here to my wife and my relatively decent life. So nothing major.

I would go back and try to learn to play piano at an extremely young age.

Wouldn't have released my first four albums and instead release essentially a greatest hits from those four albums instead.

Non, rien de rien. Non, je ne regrette rien

There are lots of things I love to do over again - and I'd love to do them exactly as I did them the first time with exactly the same outcome.

That. That's all I have to say. So much stupid s$%t I've done in the past.

However ... if I was hard-pressed to pick one (given my current level of wisdom or whatever you wanna call it), I would have to say: redoing the 5th grade. Jesus, did I suck as a total slouch in nearly every subject, especially in history, geography, literature, Russian, math, ... . Memories can't be erased, but a man can dream.

Nope, ... this one: starting a band real early. Like, when I was three. I'm 23 now, and I've yet to solidify my musical and lyrical efforts. I guess it's my raison d'etre, though you might say it shouldn't be.

Have the foresight to kidnap Geoff Hurst from the England team hotel on the morning of the World Cup Final in 1966 Wink (Thanks McGlashan)

Good answer. This does not always have to be a negative question. There are many things I regret doing in my life, and just as many things that I enjoyed doing the first time around. It's all a question of balance. (like the Moody Blues once said)
