usually if you buy from the amazon marketplace and not amazon itself, things ship faster.  thats just my experience

Yep

Do not order 4 albums at a time on Amazon if they are from individual buyers....

I order all the time from amazon and almost always, it is shipped within 2 weeks....by standard mail to boot. That is bizarre.

I would recommend this one:       http://synphonic.8m.com/ - http://synphonic.8m.com/

He actually has control over what is in stock and what is not, something that those large sellers like Amazon does not have.

Greg (Syn-Phonic) is the best! Cheap too and I get it within the week across the Atlantic.

Doug Larson that advertise is quick also , but not as good and I thought his vinyls too expensive for the state they were.

You can also try ProgWalhalla also , it belongs partly to collab Erik Neuteboom.

I ordered an 'England' album from amazon.com. The US supplier was called Caiman (or something) that was months ago!! I cancelled the order yesterday, more out of annoyance than anything else. I e-mailed them on numerous occasions and asked where it was. They said they 'had not despatched it yet'...

Talk about stating the f***ing obvious!!

I shall take my custom elsewhere..

if you ordered an 'England' album from amazon.com, do you reckon people order an "America" album from amazon.co.uk?

If they try to, I hope they have a thouroughly miserable time trying to get hold of one!

Why is this album so hard to get hold of..!!

I find Amazon is okay when Amazon themselves have the item in stock. I have had problems with other stuff - after waiting a few months they said they couldn't get it (and it was toys for my sons, so they weren't too happy).
