Sure thing. It's just that when you use the search function and search for "first epic" you don't get the name of the earlier thread, which is: "First prog epic ever". I didn't expect that. The limitations of the search function...

That's actually the basis of my next triple-album.

169 minutes of pure silence, with a cough near the end.

I'll be recording it over in the Prog Events board, I'm sure I can get some really nice ambient silence there.

Ooh I bet hehe To change the subject temporarily, does anyone know how I can submit an album review under my username and not as a guest?

Well, it will be under your name... but it doesn't stop ME from posting a review under the same name.

Exactly... Will it recognise it as me or will it just be a coincidence? Cos I see loads of 'collaborators' posts with links to their info and stuff....

The collaborators get their own section of the homepage... so you're name will be a coincidence because you aren't a collaborator. Only with mailto:M@X's - M@X's approval will you become a Collaborator.

Well, I recently wrote an epic track.  I did it while I was caught in traffic on the Jersey Turnpike.  There's no music.  It's just 94 minutes of me shouting out various obscenities.

-------------
I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

When is this going to be released? How do I acquire such a masterpiece?

That sounds good, you could sample the cough from the end of Led Zep's "In my time of dying". Come to think of it, you could sample the silence from one of the gaps in "Nobody's fault but mine" (although you might have to pay royalties).

I call it "Get out of my g.d. way, you sorry m.f.ing p.o.s. before I get out of my car and rip your m.f.ing head off and shove it up your a**, you g.d. s.o.b."  I'm doing the mastering now, and it should be released in a special edition in October (the special edition has an extra 15 minutes of me screaming obscenities).
