Devin Townsend. That album he made with Steve Vai is amazing. Sex and
Religion shows a lot of things but mostly it presented a world class metal singer

| Very tough call. Alder and Tate would probably be the most influential (where would Russel Allen, Daniel Gildenlow and James LaBrie be without them?), Maynard and Devin would be the most versatile, yet I have to give my vote to Mikael. |

It's a tough choice, but I 'ave to go with Mikael Akerfeldt. His growl is truly unique. Geoff Tate is a close second. ------------- And I am not frightened of dying, any time will do, I don't mind. He`s quite talented. You should add Jorn Lande (Ark, Masterplan, Jorn)
I simply love this guys voice. Sweden has so many great Vocalists -
Gildenlow, Akerfeld, Lande, Englund, Stolt and that`s only a few
