Recently somebody has added Neutral Milk Hotel to the progarchives database.  In my opinion, NMH is little more than a creative indie band with no relation to prog.  So while I love their music, I really don't see why they would be listed on this site.  That said, I'm just one person.  How does everyone else feel about having Neutral Milk Hotel listed on progarchives?

Sry...i dont know of this band of which you speak. But, can't the admins delete any bands they dont feel is right (to a resonable extent of course). Unless your alone in your feeling.

That's the thing.  I've been suggesting that Max and Rony delete the band, but I'm the only person whose opinion we seem to have on the matter.  Hence why I started this poll.

I'm actually the one who added Neutral milk and i think they go
beyound "indie"
The last indie album i heard was just a collection of pop radio hits
while Milk goes deeper and more meaningful and moodyer
Try to find another "indie" line up that features horns, organs and a
saw.
I'm sorry the band you wanted on archives didn't make it...

It's true that they go well beyond just being another indie band, but that doesn't mean it qualifies as prog.  There are a lot of really unique bands in the indie world, but being unique alone doesn't make prog.
