The sixth edition of the Rock In Opposition Festival takes place in Carmaux (France near Toulouse et Albi) from the 21 to 23 of september. They do mean Soft Machine Legacy - Marshall, Travis, Etheridge, Babbington.

Wow, what I wouldn't give to see this Faust, Guapo, Present, Univers Zero, Mirthkon, Ulan Bator, Aranis, - Hell the whole line up is pretty damn impressive. Noticed Poil is on the schedule for the 21st. We added them to RIO.Avant on PA earlier this year. ^I've never heard of them before. Always eager to find new madness out there though. Have you ever heard Ulan Bator, Steve? I just recently suggested them for post on here, although I'm not entirely sure where these guys will fit best. They've got linkages with both Faust as well as Swans.
