I think things started to go downhill with the movie, although it was still good until season 6. | I agree with you there, but the Movie DID have Ween's Ocean Man, which is an unmitigated beauty (and it means some of those fuggers in Spongebob Land actually LISTEN to Ween, which is, like, mind-blowing, man). |

Ocean Man was used in a Honda commercial too. I remember that being a surprise. I thought that would finally get everyone to like Ween. I'd say season 4, considering the movie was the original creator's farewell project. The downward spiral in quality was caused by a large change of staff after Steven whats-his-name left. |

Also speaking of Ween and Spongebob, the band contributed a song to one of the episodes, a little ditty about tying your shoes called "Loop de Loop" or something.
