get First Rays Of The New Rising Sun first, imo it is the best posthumous Hendrix release as it was the next album he was working on when he died. Like always I would advise to go for live stuff, the ones he took a better acid on  1) Band of Gypsys(or Live at the Fillmore East - double album, which is from the same new years eve concerts ) 2) Blues album 3) Woodstock 4) Blue Wild Angel - Live at the Isle Of Wight 5) Live at Berkeley 6) Are You Experienced? 7) Electric Ladyland 8) Axis: Bold As Love 9) First Rays Of The New Rising Sun 10) BBC Sessions Something like that... |
