God, I'm second on the thread and he's already beaten me to her... but don't forget Heather Findlay, Rachel Jones, Sue Element & Tracey Hitchings (for services rendered to British Prog in the last decade..) ------------- Music has always been a matter of energy to me. Probably Annie Haslam, although Sonja-Kristina Linwood, Renate Knaup-
Krötenschwanz, Stella Vander and Dagmar Krause are also major figures. But it's certainly a myth that there have been relatively few female musicians in progressive rock: worldwide, there have been many hundreds over the years. |

Hey Greenback, I believe it's unfair to qualify Christina from Magenta just like a sex symbol, she's a great vocalist with one of the prettiest voices I ever heard, almost in the same level of Annie Haslam, but more versatile. Judge her as a musician not like a sex symbol (even when she's very pretty also). Iván

Ivan, I may judge anyone as I perceive it: she sings very well, but she is quite below the perfect Annie & Maggie.
