....by "other" I mean "none"... Dunno why, I just don't like Irish beer very much. I drank a lot of Guinness in Cork once, it would have been rude not to, and as a result of trying not to offend my hosts I managed to get very very drunk - it was back in the 1990s and we were in a Pub watching Spain destroy the Republic of Ireland in some international football game on the TV - the locals were in remarkably high spirits considering the way the match was going, they even cheered when Spain scored. Ah, the healing power of Guinness.

I like all Irish beer that I have tried, but I tend to prefer the non-Guinness produced ones. I voted Kilkenny, but Murphy's is also very good.

In the immortal words of Irish writer Brendan Behan, "Guinness makes you drunk."  That's all that needs to be said on the matter. If I recall my trip to Ireland, that's all anyone drank there. All the time. Every day. For most of the day. My god did I drink a lot!

Cheers! I do like my Guiness Extra Stout and the one that Stonebeard put up, but I prefer Belgian, German and American craft brews.
