Ok, all this stuff is in Portuguese, so if I've got the interpretation of it a little bit out then apologies for that.
This appears to be a project organised by a guy named Gustavo Caverzan. I suggest that anyone who understands Portuguese goes directly to http://www.olhovivo.ca/musica/89/o-rock-progressivo-do-avora-di-carlla/" rel="nofollow - http://www.olhovivo.ca/musica/89/o-rock-progressivo-do-avora-di-carlla/ , where they can read an extensive interview with him, and learn all about the project - which seems to consist of two albums - the first of which was released on CD earlier this year, and the second of which is planned for release sometime in 2013.
It appears that the first album 'O velho, a carne e a psicodélica árvore do inmaculado ventre da terra', was actually originally conceived and written back in 2010, and released digitally at the time, but is only now available to buy on CD.
It is, however, freely available to download via the band's website (in WAV format - around 400MB worth!) as well as the accompanying booklet, but you will need to open an account at 4shared.com to do so.
The website, where you will find the download links, is: http://avoradicarlla.webnode.com/" rel="nofollow - http://avoradicarlla.webnode.com/ .
See also http://www.facebook.com/avora.dicarlla" rel="nofollow - http://www.facebook.com/avora.dicarlla .
It's a seven track album - all of them really being part of one single 'song' or story.
Tracklist:
01 - No Reino dos Sinos de Copas. No Reino dos Sinos de Copas 02 - Convolsões de um Único Grito. Parte i O Segundo Mistério das Imagens da Escada de Bronze 03 - Convolsões de um Único Grito. Parte ii Crepúsculo: 1976 04 - O Mundo Pelos Quadros em Tábata. Parte i A Casa da Tábata 05 - O Mundo Pelos Quadros em Tábata. Parte ii À Luz do Reino 06 - O Mundo Pelos Quadros em Tábata. Parte iii Das Púrpuras Chamas 07 - O Mundo Pelos Quadros em Tábata. Parte iv Aurora: Do Fundo do Raso do Homem
Musicians (just some of them...you can read more in the interview with Gustavo that I linked to above):
There are many other instruments involved in the production of this album, & many guest musicians - providing vocals, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, violin, viola, cello, double bass, saxophone, theatrical text (narration), blues guitar, pedal steel, drum samples and midis.
So let's listen to it eh?
Or if you want them as an auto playlist: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLF206A182442D2295" rel="nofollow - http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLF206A182442D2295
And just for good measure, here is the first track from Disc II, which we hope to be able to hear in its entirety sometime next year:
I think this album/band/artist deserves to be on here, so let's see what Iván and his men make of it first.

After receiving a kind PM from Yam Yam about an hour ago, proceeded to check the band
1.- Faixa 1: Nice Symphonic song
2.- Faixa 2: Some sort of Jazz meets King Crimson meets Avant Garde
3.- Faixa 3: God knows what the hell is this
4.- Faixa 4: Baroque, Neo Classical, could fit in Symphonic but then turns weird as it can get
5.- Faixa 5: More Avant Garde
6.- Faixa 6: Space Rock & Jazz, seems like a Brazilian tribute to Pink Floyd
7.- Faixa 7: Acoustic turns into Psyche and Space Rock
8.- Entre Quadros e Poeta (Seems from another album): Brazilian Ethnic prog mixed with Space and Symph
100% Prog IMHO, a great candidate for ECLECTIC.
Really Good stuff
Iván

Thanks Iván. Seems like a pretty accurate summing up to me.
Another one to throw into Eclectic's ever-burgeoning sack.
Good job Father Christmas hasn't got to add it to his collection for later in the year...he'd never get off the North Pole!!
Poor old Rudolph's whole body would be overheating - never mind his nose!

This is out of Eclectic's "ever-burgeoning sack" and approved.
