In the old mailto:M@x" rel="nofollow - M@x interview posted in another thread

http://www.progrockmag.com/features/they-also-serve-maxime-roy-webmaster-progarchives-com/" rel="nofollow - http://www.progrockmag.com/features/they-also-serve-maxime-roy-webmaster-progarchives-com/

he says

(Roy has a team of seven experts helping maintain the site).
“They handle the biographies and discographies of every band who are accepted in each sub-genre. We’ve also recently launched the ‘overlooked and obscure gems albums’ list, as selected by these experts.”

In the PA Top Prog Albums section there is a selection now called Top 100 Little Known But Highly Rated Studio Album of All Times.

Is this the same mailto:M@x" rel="nofollow - M@x was referring to?

Is it so that the albums in this section are personally selected by PA admins / collabs? (without any mathematical logic).

I'm curious to know what is the mechanism / criteria for albums to be included in that list.
