The man is hilarious, and he's usually not trying to be. Any movie that has him in it, I'm there watching it. Classics like Jurassic Park, Independence Day, The Fly, Man Of The Year, they even had me watching Law & Order: Criminal Intent when he was on it, and I don't usually watch those shows. He's also on many episodes of the comedy show "Tim & Eric", and is also in their movie "Tim & Eric's Billion Dollar Movie" which came out this year.

I'm thinking you have a bit of an unhealthy obsession with Jeff.
I was just watching an L&O episode with him a few hours ago.

I like him. My favourite character from both the Jurassic Park films and Independence Day. Those are the only movies I've seen him in though.

He should play a superhero, I just don't know what. I could see him being Clark Kent, as Jeff Goldblum, take off the glasses, and then he's Superman....er.... maybe....

Yeah, he's hilarious! In terms of small roles, saw him guest on an episode of Friends once, he was great there too.

He's famous here in Ireland for starring in our national lottery adverts:

^ yes, very good Brit comedy (with a fairly sexy Emma Watson, right?)
I've adored Goldblum from the moment I saw the Invasion of the Body Snatchers 1978 remake, and he's great in L&O-- always brings something fresh and spontaneous to any role he plays, he's a jewel.

His character in The Big Chill (the lanky, stuttering, neurotic romantic) has come to define how I think of him. I think a little bit of that seeps through most of his characters since then.

Yeah, I liked him Jurassic Park a lot with his witty attitude and ego. That movie though, is really one of my all time favourites - a classic. I just love the story and character personalities. Independence Day is pretty good too.

Come to think of it, there hasn't been a movie with Jeff Goldblum that I didn't like.

His character when he played Dr. Malcom was hilarious. I love the scene where they are all sitting around the table with John Hammond. I love his lines and his acting in that particular scene. Nothing can beat that! I get a kick out of watching the character of the lawyer when Dr. Malcom speaks. The lawyer who is "blood sucking" becomes restless and quite nervous ...which that is his role, but the scene itself is so well done and within the script are some truly interesting viewpoints.
