Would it be possible to add a filter to the top albums list search engine? Filters for minimum/maximum number of ratings and minimum average rating value are already in place, and a filter for maximum average rating value would be helpful as it would make it easier to search for albums within a given range.

Btw, it's almost August but there is still no link for Top albums of 2012 at the main page
