no!!!! edible mushrooms, i don't encourage ileagal substance so pleace stop isinuate that i do otherwise, this is about the chantarelle, truffle, morrels, penny bun, porcino or cep, Wood Hedgehog or Hedgehog mushroom, Russula. Lactarius ( milk-caps), -------------

On a more serious note, I adore fried up mushrooms with a bit of garlic, butter and balsamic vinegar. Hey I work with mycorrhizal mushrooms in the lab :) But we Czechs we eat mushrooms really often. They are underrated ant those from stores they are really mush

Never had chantarell as far as I know...but garlic is always good in combination with mushrooms.

what i like about mushrooms is that they are not animals nether plants but fungi, another, third type of organisme is theri other organismes which is their own type of organisme, we gont animals, plants and fungus are their others -------------

 The poisonous ones will fry your liver. Might go good with more mushrooms. I've got a great recipe for non-psych mushroom curry I've been using for years... Typically use baby-bellas. ------------- Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

Theres only one reason for purposely putting a fungus in your mouth and it aint cullinary.
Some mushrooms taste barely ok to me but most are pretty nasty and not a single one has a mouth feel that doesn't gag me. Even chopped up fine like half the size of a pencil eraser they will make me gag when they get in my mouth. My ex used to try and hide them in like spaghetti sauce but I can always feel them in therer being all spongey/slimey no matter how small they are. None of the choices above really adequately describe my complex feelings about this food. I used to avoid them, and would not eat them. Now, I really do like them sautee'd, especially with onions. If they're on a pizza, they're ok too, though I rarely order a pizza myself with mushrooms. However, should a piece be presented to me that contains mushrooms, more often than not I will eat it. Eating them raw or in a salad is still kinda yucky, but I wouldn't call it hate. Just a mild, passive avoidance. I hope this is all clear.

Oven-Roasted Shiitake Mushrooms with Garlic And Coarse Salt PreparationPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray the pan with oil. Place shiitakes in baking dish; caps up or down, it makes no difference. Make sure pan is big enough so the mushrooms are not on top of each other; they need air space and breathing room to roast up properly. Toss the mushrooms with the oil, garlic, and salt. Pop the pan in the oven, uncovered, and let bake 10 to 12 minutes. Take them out. Shake the pan a few times. Some of the mushrooms should be starting to get a little golden on the lighter, underneath side of the caps. You will probably need to put them back in for a few more minutes say, 3 to 5 minutes, maybe more if your oven wasnt really hot when you put them in. At least a third of the mushrooms should be starting to color and get a little crunchy. Using the lesser amount of oil, this will happen more quickly. Serve, warm or at room temperature, with an optional decorative sprig of herb. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings as a starter; however, most people will want two portions. For those who do not enjoy mushrooms: there are lots of different kinds of mushrooms and it depends how you cook them. Most of the most favorite mushrooms taste like mud and mush, but there are some not so well known, that are delicious. Cantharells, Macrolepiota (they can be eaten even uncooked, Lactarius, sparassis, flammulina velutipes, Auricula-Judae, verpa....but my fav one is kuehneromyces mutabilis- there's nothing better to eat than fried kuehneromyces. But it has a problem- there's a deathly piosonous mushroom very similar to kuehneromyces
