whats the poorst album art you've seen on a album. or maybe a great album but the cover could have been better.

for me, i was dissapointed with zepplins volume 3 and that other one where they sit infront of a black sculpture with a ship out the window, i mean these are just slack covers that look poor and rob the album of its quility.

Not only was it my worst purchase in music, but Supergrass' I Should Coco also has terrible album art.  The cover consists of caricatures of the 3 members of the band and looks horrendous.  And the booklet with the CD consists of nothing but exaggerated drawings of the mouths and eyes of these guys.  BAAAAAAADDDDDDD.

GG's music is great, but their album covers leave something to be desired.  Take Three Friends for example - does anybody really like that cover?  Almost turned me off buying that CD.

BTW, has anyone seen the alternate cover for GG's Octopus?  The one that's not in the jar?  Now that's cool.

Sorry but you're mistaken, mate.
There's more to it than the cover.
Check out the digipack for example to see what I mean.

i love close to the edge. i see the black bit as a the end of a cliff and the green bit the grasy edge (from a birdseye view), i can almost imagine my foot being on the green bit. try putting ur foot on the vinyl and see what i mean.

worst album covers? Pretty much any post-78 Genesis cover. Three Sides Live takes the cake.
