If it's not, Yes has a real problem on their hands!! I'm a frog-voiced 2nd Bass by training!! I think they'd do better with Slartibartfast or Lazland or ANYBODY else on vocals but moi! However, if the bass chair ever opens..... Happy April Fools Day to all!

I made a point of not reading any posts yesterday ... but then, if there was one that was ripe for a joke, the YES one was a good one to work with ...but I have to tell you ... I'm kinda tired of this stuff and it is starting to bore me silly!
I'm ready for new blood because this is just old blood and it's getting older ... and older!
Maybe a Black singer and some rap would help this band wake up some! Or get that goon drummer that was in Dream Theater so he can try to out-stage Chris!

Was going to go with someone like Lou Rawls or Barry White but I can't think of anyone living still rocking that voice. Shame.
Either way, I am never in favor of a band continuing on after losing their iconic frontman (only exception being AC/DC). I don't want to see Yes without Jon Anderson, Thin Lizzy without Phil Lynott, Lynyrd Skynyrd without Ronnie, etc. Just admit you aren't the same band and use a different name. ------------- Time always wins. |
