They must be doing Passion Play or War Child stuff, since the line-up includes a sax player. Interesting.

I did not write that....my topic heading has been edited by higher powers at PA since I first put it up. Please may this be corrected?

You are quite correct SirJethro he is not ex-Tull. As Martin statesTull are only "on ice" for the time being.

But is it "thin ice"?  Wish he'd come to play some in USA, but I guess that's pretty expensive.  Meanwhile, some of the folks he's brought in are pretty exciting and others not so much.  For some reason I thought he was planning to get Glenn or Clive involved?  In the earlier press releases there was a hint that some of the elder statesmen might come aboard.  No disrespect to Martin, but this line up is less tantalizing than some of the original folks playing that early material.  However, I'd still go, depending on the set list.

I'm a bit concerned to see Anderson and Barre touring seperately, especially as Barre seems to have stolen the rest of the band. Perhaps JT has died in its sleep and it won't be evident for a few more years...

Well alright then. I would love to see the set list. I predict more A Passion Play and less Aqualung, based upon comments he has made to the media over the years. Should be interesting anyway. Big smile
