 I´m listening to that Aum track, and let me be the first to say rrrrrrrraaaaauuuww!!!I am practically living off roots and berries at the moment, but man I really want this album! Sounds pretty swampy, gooey, psychedelic, ballsy, jamming, German, blubbery, powerful and very exciting to me. New Krautrock? The album called The Death and Resurrection of Krautrock: AUM is comprised of 5 tracks and is available as a digital pre-order on the band’s http://seventhatspells.bandcamp.com/" rel="nofollow - Bandcamp profile. This is the first part of the trilogy and according by the founder and guitarist of the band, Niko Potočnjak, AUM is the record which (re)-introduces krautrock to the 21st century. The death and resurrection of krautrock trilogy is our attempt to bring psych and kraut rock into 21.st century with respect to the past but also with a necessary detachment from it. Polymetrics and other complex instrument interactions abound on the first part of the trilogy – AUM – but we also tried hard not to loose the groove and to be in line with the old Teutonic deprivation vibe ha ha! The record sounds huge – it was recorded in a small theatre and we meticulously mixed it the old school way – NO BRICKWALL LIMITING – just a nice and dynamic mix and mastering. Hope you enjoy it!
