OK, I just purchased the new release of King Crimson's Red.  (Don't ask why it took me forty years to buy it.)  It comes with two disks.  First, a CD.  Second, a DVD.

The main menu of the DVD let's you play the same songs as on the CD, except in higher resolution and a 5.1 mix.  However, if you go to the extras menu, there are videos of old performances of King Crimson of Lark's Tongue In Aspic II, The Night Watch, Lament, and Starless.  I would love to get those videos on my iPod.

I've failed in several different attempts.  It doesn't look like they show up on the main menu of the DVD, and the free rippers don't seem to understand that there might be something interesting on the Extras menu.  So, what I'm looking for is a DVD ripper than can actully extract the performances from the DVD.  I don't mind paying money for the software if I know it will work.

Has anyone been successful in ripping those videos off the DVD?  How did you do it?
