listening to it now.. did you notice the tracklist seems to reverse the order of the last 2 cuts, or am I going mad?

Thanks. Make sure it is from "Gear Fab Records". PWI has been bootlegged twice in the UK ... The Gear Fab Reissue is genuine with correct track listings as well as the complete recording. Craig Massey and I have updated our copyright and publishing certificates of registration. Thanks again, Glenn

One of the best US prog albums, to be sure! Congratulations, and I wish you all success.

Thanks Todd ... Yes, it's only fitting that an American label would finally be the one to legitmize a reissue ... Roger from Gear Fab is the real deal ... Glenn

Is the end of "Crimson Dagger" now fixed or is it supposed to end that way?

Hey guys, if you heard or purchased "Polyphony Without Introduction" anywhere else than the actual vinyl LP or the CD from "Gear Fab Records" it was bootlegged ... and no, Crimson Dagger does not end that way ... and again, the song titles were listed from the back cover of the LP ... they did not bother to even look at the record itself ... otherwise they would have seen that ... Thanks again, Glenn

Thanks guys, Just so you know ... Craig and I are still going through a long process of getting our copyrights registered and re-registered ... Copyright Laws of 1909 and 1976 are making things dicey at best ... That's what happens when you are young, signed, and clueless ... Glenn

Glenn, I've been listening to the Gear Fab version and comparing it sound-wise with the Radioactive version that I also have. Is the Gear Fab version a vinyl rip? I think the Gear Fab version sounds really good, a bit EQ'd I think--the bass in particular is more pronounced.
Also, when I mentioned this new version to Greg Walker, he said that there was a second album that you recorded in 1973, with two side-long songs (Out of Earth and Only the Dancer, or something along those lines). Did you ever find those tapes?

Gear Fab Records recorded it from a virgin vinyl... as to your other question ... I no longer have the master of Dancer ... I think Craig or Chris may have a tape ... not really sure ...

I had to check, but the copy I have on CD is legit. Great, unique psychedelic album. Really heavy for its time too.

I got this CD last summer I think. I was lucky enough to learn about the album shortly before it's CD release. Definitely a compelling album within the first minute upon first listen. I think there are interesting hints of different genres throughout plus of course their own unique sound. Maybe I just make things up, or maybe not, but does anyone else hear some Allman Brothers influence incorporated into the guitar style? I quite like that. I'll definitely check in from time to time to see if that unreleased material that someone was mentioning ever gets released. :)
