Just the obligatory introduction post. I'm sort of working my way into
progressive rock, having been a fan of Tool and attending their concerts
for years. I find that I like other time signatures besides just 4/4, and
other song structures besides just
verse-chorus-verse-chorus-bridge-chorus. I've realized that this is the main facet of my musical tastes that drives me to listen to bands of varying styles, such as Radiohead and Deftones. So now I'm going to do some exploring. Let's all agree to tolerate me while I'm here.
