Hey guys!
I've been here before suggesting hoping that some of you would give me an intelligent conversation about the music of Melodramus but you all shrugged them off as a metal band.

Now their first album is available for free in digital form and though it isn't quite up to par with Rush. It is a great 60 minutes of several different styles of music. only 4 of the 14 tracks can be considered metal.

No, I was originally just a fan but now I'm the webmaster and merchandise manager.

I don't really mean to spam here or anything, but it's tough getting the name out ya know. I've been trying to get people to listen to this band for 5 years and most the people I talk to don't give them a chance, but the ones who actually listen usually fall in love.

The first album has much more variety, but truly it isn't as good as the newer album.

The first album doesn't seem all that progressive, but I'm diggin' the second album a lot more. I like it, sounds good.

It has it's moments, like HALO. I always thought the band should be more progressive and lately they've been playing with indian rhythms with their new line up. playing crazy time signatures. i'm excited to hear the third album. though it may be a couple years.

I finally listened to this morning.  I thought that it was pretty good.  Not quite sure how progressive I would consider it but it did have some progressive flourishes. I'll have to give the 2nd album a listen too.
