I would just like to take this opportunity to say I really really liked Olympia.  And of course, get well soon even though you don't spell Brian properly.Tongue

The y variation keeps people from spelling Brian name Brain though.  I've never been offended by that.  I was just thinking, my last name suffers from ASS alternate spelling syndrome as does my wife's first name, which I won't reveal.

update:
The latest news is all is well.

"Bryan Ferry recovering in London after feeling ill

Wed Apr 6, 1:47 pm ET

LONDON – Roxy Music singer Bryan Ferry has been released from hospital after falling ill and being admitted for tests.

The singer's publicist, Murray Chalmers PR, said in a statement that the 65-year-old was admitted for 24 hours of observation and tests, but was discharged Wednesday.

The statement said "all is well" and Ferry will begin a European solo tour later this month as planned.

Ferry, known for his style and charm, has had a recording career spanning nearly 40 years."

This is kind of funny did he fall ill or feel ill?

Or was it just a trick to remind us his European tour? Noooo, I shouldn't think things like that (and I don't even believe what I typed!)
Yet, these news made me look if he is going to play in France.

I like him very much, it's a pity that he is a neo nazi...

Do not understand? Check this: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/this-britain/bryan-ferrys-nazi-gaffe-444776.html

I've never heard any political beliefs from him, so I would not rush to brand him a neo nazi.

I do remember seeing a Steve Reich interview where he said something to the effect of he admired Wagner's music but he was a proto nazi and send him back in time with a gun and he would gladly blow Wagner's brains out.

Which is to say that Bryan may have admiration for their stylistic sensibilities but not for their policies.

I can say that their last few aircraft inventions were rather interesting and innovative and still condemn their heinous acts.

I am glad to see Bryan has recovered from his illness. I had the pleasure of seeing him and the original Roxy Music (without Eno), in concert on the last day of their world tour. Fabulous concert and amazing to see all members still able to put energy and excitement into their music, after all these years. Thumbs Up

I'm happy to hear that he's doing much better. He's a fantastic singer and performer. Roxy Music is an excellent band and I really do hope that they do another tour of the United States again.
