tough to vote against Zeppelin here...

it starts off as an awesome mellow song....and then build up into an even more awesome heavy song

Child in Time is also one of my fave songs of all time

Three great songs, but as I'm on a real GG buzz at the moment and Nothing at All is my favourite song of theirs i think the answer is obviousSmile

My favourite song of all time - Stairway To Heaven.

And then one day you find
Ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run
You missed the starting gun

Stairway is a classic track, but Child In Time represents, to me, the epitome of that period of classic/hard rock.

Hi everybody!

It's Child in Time, strangely enough for many people,
but I don't like Stairway that much (the feeling transported with this song is way too pompous for my taste).

Child in Time for sure.

It's not the songs's fault that you've heard them too much.

As a structure ?.....Gentle Gaint, beats allmost everything, every time.

Not sure it the best song of the 3, but that was not the question if i understood you right.

Child in Time is one of my favorite (classic) rock songs. It destroys the others here. No competition whatsoever.

Nothing At All is amazing with good structure, Child in time is also superb, but trying to disregard Stairway To Heaven's popularity, i would pick that as the better song with a perfect song structure and a good build up. I hate to vote against the other two though, but i must.

Child In Time just for the organ and nothing else

EDIT
(although that doesn't answer the question about structure)

Child In Time - has an amazing middle section when it speeds up and builds to a crescendo
Stairway To Heaven - find it a bit boring tbh
Nothing At All - Love the vocals but not caring much about the structure

so my vote would be the same anyway

You may be tired of hearing "Stairway" - hell, there was a long time during which Robert Plant wouldn't sing it - but for all that, it is one of the greatest rock songs ever recorded. Great acoustic Baroque intro, great electric build-up, and great solo, followed by a return to the quiescent intro in the denouement. All you need is the first 4 notes, and it is instantly recognizable.
