Topic: Yes Line-up GamePosted By: thehallway
Subject: Yes Line-up Game
Date Posted: January 10 2011 at 14:07
This is a little thing that could be quite interesting:
Take it in turns to replace ONE member of Yes with anyone you like (they don't have to be a musician, but you should probably give some reasoning behind it).
Chris Squire can never be removed.
( For example:
Vocals: Jon Anderson
Bass: Chris Squire
Guitar: Steve Howe
Keyboards: Rick Wakeman
Drums: Alan White
becomes:
Vocals: Jon Anderson
Bass: Chris Squire
Guitar: Steve Howe
Keyboards: Jerry Lee Lewis
Drums: Alan White )
...and each member keeps changing! But you can only change one member in each post
I'll start it with this:
Vocals: Robert Plant (because he can add the word babe to every Yes song)

Vocals: William Shatner (To take Yes to places that they have never gone before)
Bass: Chris Squire
Guitar: Ted "Theodore" Logan - to take Yes on an excellent adventure
Keyboards: Jimmy Smith - increasing the jazzy side of things
Drums: Bald Friede
