I have to give credit for the illustrious Anthony H for noticing this recent development, but I'm an attention whore so I made the thread.

I don't know when this happened, as it did not used to be the case, but the Google search engine has safesearch on and there's no way to turn it off. I assume this is an accident caused by Google's default settings and not a deliberate policy (which is why I put this in bugs rather than suggest improvements), but it should be fixed as soon as possible. You'll notice it makes it impossible to find something like http://www.progarchives.com/google-search-results.asp?cof=FORID%3A10&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=naked+city&cx=partner-pub-0447992028883143%3Aj1syec-2iv1&sa=submit&siteurl=www.progarchives.com%2F" rel="nofollow - naked city , and I'm sure there are other bands/albums with vaguely obscene names that would get blocked but I can't think of any right now.

In other search related news, I understand why the drop down box has an option to search Google's crawl of the whole forum, since PA's search does not allow post body searching, but why is there an option to search the whole internet with Google from the homepage? Has anybody ever actually used that?

Also, on Opera often when I am writing a post in the box, by the time I finish it says my session has expired, and I need to refresh the page and cut-paste what I wrote back in. It's not as bad as losing my whole post to the insufficient permission bug, but it's still really annoying.

I'm fairly certain Henry brings problems to this website.  Ban him please.

This is censorship! Just like Google is blocking our freedom to search for naked prog! If I want a photoshop of Ian Anderson's face onto Ron Jeremy then that's nobody's business but mine! I'm going to get Wikileaks on this. Then you'll see.

Oh, you're right, I got so distracted by blinding fury at this communist censorship I didn't see it further on, that makes sense as not many artists or albums here have city in the name. But still!
