I've only seen five of these, but out of those five it's between Army of Darkness and My Name is Bruce.

Evil Dead II. The height of physical comedy. I've never laughed at anything quite as hard as the Evil Hand dish smashing sequence. That being typed, I love his work on Xena. Especially the episode where he's paired up with Gina Torres.
