WE HAVE A USEFUL SEARCH AGAIN HOORAY!

While you're upgrading the forums, is there any way you could add a paste without font/attributes button to the WSIWYG box? I always get things in a different font when I'm copying things and I can never get it all back looking the same way again, it annoys me.

If it isn't too long I always paste it into the Google search box in Firefox and then cut and paste it again. LOL

BUG REPORT

One Collab has changed name during this upgrade. I don't think Eetu Pellonp 's forefathers used a name with two squares at the end of it.

I also had a pretty big job cleaning up the mess in the Mandalaband interview due to the new forum upgrade being xenophobic when it comes to letters and other bits & pieces.

Bust bugs, please.

Noooo, Max, don't take the search away from us again! If it really rapes the servers so hard, then put a time limiting on it or something. I would rather only be able to search every 30 seconds or a minute than have the crippled junk we've had to put up with for so long.

SmileGood work Max, but just one complaint.  Can we go back to the old, smaller listing of latest posts?  This new huge box for "latest forum posts" is really unnecessary and more to scroll through.  The old compressed list of latest posts took up very little space and accomplished the same thing.

33% of new posts for me (last 8 hours or so) is taken by Prog Polls, which aren't as interesting as "Suggest New Bands", "Review Our Music" and Collaborator's Section posts for me :-/

M@x.

In the artist pages, you have a feature like this:

Is it possible to add a third column to your (SQL database ??) called Interviews and then automatic direct the (SQL query ??) to automatic add an interview from =47 ?

You'd have to make the link yourself on posting new interviews, if that does not mind !

That's through the Admin panel I as a SC have access to ? No problems at all.

To my knowledge gained on a crash course on SQL, and I emphasize the word crash, this will automatic happen if you add the direction from this column to the interview index page, which is =47 or thereabout.

I am planning a spring cleaning on the interviews this Christmas holiday anyway and can add this manually anyway for all old interviews if this have to be manually entered.

I've noticed an interesting novelty. Now there appears an information besides every thread title telling you how many new posts have appeared in the thread since your last visit on the forum, like here:

Message Icon forum_posts.asp?TID=73239&title=avantgarde-mafia-the-dimensional-duel - Avant-Garde Mafia: The Dimensional Duel ( get_last_post.asp?TID=73239 - 3 New Posts )

And when you click on it then it takes you directly to the new posts in the thread. Nice!
