Why does practically everyone on here accept the labelling so willingly?  If anyone calls me a 'geek' in the real world they get either a moutfull of Glaswegian invective or a slap (that part's negotiable) Why isn't someone unhealthily obsessed with being successful in say, the business world called a entrepreneurial geek? Rock, obviously. Though I prefer the term "elitist" since geeks can be goofy/lovable. While my music elitism is just annoying, bombastic and douchey. |
